Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Scheduling All appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. A confirmed appointment reserves a specific time slot for the client. Estimated service times may vary depending on property conditions, scope of work, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Happy Homes Services LLC reserves the right to adjust scheduling when necessary. 2. Access to Property Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all service areas at the scheduled time. If access is unavailable or conditions are deemed unsafe, the appointment may be rescheduled and may be subject to applicable service fees. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee at the discretion of Happy Homes Services LLC. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment before future bookings are accepted. 4. Weather & Safety Conditions Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, unsafe roof access, high winds, rain, or any circumstance that may compromise safety or service quality. In such cases, the client will be contacted to arrange the next available appointment. 5. Waitlist Policy Clients may request placement on a waitlist if preferred appointment times are unavailable. Waitlist openings are offered on a first-request basis and are subject to schedule changes or cancellations. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee service availability. 6. Arrival Window & Delays Service times are approximate. While we strive to arrive on schedule, delays may occur due to traffic, previous job duration, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified when possible if delays occur. 7. Payment & Agreement Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. By booking services with Happy Homes Services LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. 8. Right to Refuse Service Happy Homes Services LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or circumstances fall outside normal operating standards.
